Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Kazım Yavuz Bulut, acting as data controller, would like to inform you of the following regarding the processing of your personal data. This notice applies to all visitors regardless of the language of the site, as the applicable law is Turkish law.

2. Personal Data Processed
The full name, phone number, email address, service of interest and message content you share through the contact form are processed. In addition, if you consent to cookies, technical data related to your site usage (e.g. IP address, device and browser information, browsing behavior) may be processed via Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Meta Pixel. This processing depends solely on your explicit consent; see our Cookie Policy for details.
3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed to respond to your appointment and information requests, to communicate with you, and to improve service quality.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent and/or its direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract, pursuant to Article 5/2 of KVKK.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your contact-form data may be processed via the Resend infrastructure provider, which may be located abroad, to enable email delivery. If you consent to cookies, your site usage data may also be processed via Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Meta Pixel infrastructure, which may be located abroad. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes except where legally required.
6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
- To request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in the law
- To request that these transactions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to a result that emerges to your detriment through analysis of the processed data
- To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing
